The Li Ion Battery Recycling Line includes a feeding device, a coarse crushing device, a pyrolysis furnace, a primary separation device, a secondary separation device, a hammer crusher, a tertiary separation device, a grinder and a quaternary separation device.
The feeding device is used for conveying and feeding waste lithium batteries, the coarse crushing device is used for carrying out charged coarse crushing of waste lithium batteries, the pyrolysis furnace is used for pyrolysis of waste lithium batteries, the primary separation device is used for preliminarily screening black powder from waste lithium batteries, the secondary separation device is used for removing waste gas materials such as shells and magnetic materials, the hammer crusher is used for fine crushing of materials, the tertiary separation device is used for re-screening black powder and separating magnetic materials, the grinder is used for grinding and crushing battery waste, and the quaternary separation device is used for separating black powder, aluminum and copper.
The present invention can carry out charged crushing of lithium batteries, reduce the complexity and cost of the processing process, and improve the recovery rate of black powder.
